RAWALPINDI: Chief of Army Staff (COAS) General Qamar Javed Bajwa on Monday met the Iranian Air Force Commander General Hassan Shahsafi at General Head Quarters (GHQ).
According to Inter-Services Public Relations (ISPR), the two dignitaries met at the army headquarters to discuss matters of mutual interest and Pak-Iran border management.
Iranian chief, along with several delegates, arrived in Islamabad upon invitation from Pakistani counterpart Air Chief Marshal Sohail Aman.
Hassan Shahsafi will meet several dignitaries of the Pakistan’s security forces. Moreover, the Iranian chief will also ponder upon various mutual defence and security related issues.
